Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

an intimate collaboration with Nicole Dagesse exploring relationships, physicality, touch, texture, memory, and time. This work was created as a series of highly specific improvisational scores that were layered together like tracing paper. The two dancers move through the work sometimes together, sometimes on different timelines, each score imprinting on their bodies and memories, the layers accumulating as the piece goes on. As part of the project, the dancers drew and traced the scores on tracing paper to create a field guide program for the audience. 

This multi-sensory performance premiered on July 6th, 2025 at The Green Glass Door, a field studio in Shelburne, VT, and featured musical accompaniment by Jeremy Frederick, Stephanie Wilson, and Will Andrews.
